Terms & Conditions

1. Membership is non-transferable and valid for one individual

2. Member still responsible for fuel & taxes

3. Membership benefits apply only when the member is present and operating the vessel

4. Members can reserve same day in person or in advance online / over the phone

5. Rentals are first come, fist serve

6. Rentals are not reservable for more than 2 consecutive days

7. All renters must complete required rental contract & safety orientation/training prior to rental

8. Extended rental times are subject to weather, availability and daylight hours

9. Membership does not guarantee availability during peak dates or high-demand periods

10. Membership may be revoked without refund for unsafe operation, drug or alcohol use or violation of rental policies

11. Weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns may result in cancellations or modifications at the operator’s discretion

12. Membership benefits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions

13. Program terms and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice
